We built a self hosted, offline alternative to NotebookLM

I'm one of the maintainers of SurfSense, so yes, this is self promotion. I'm posting because I've seen a few threads asking for a self hosted alternative to NotebookLM, but most of them never seem to get a real answer. I'm also much more interested in actual feedback than upvotes. I use NotebookLM for pretty much everything, except work material I don't want sitting in a Google account.
