5090 + 32GB Ram - How close can I get to Codex with a local LLM?

I’ve recently gotten really into porting games to Android using Codex with GPT-6.1, and I’ve genuinely been having a blast with it. The only problem is that I’m spending quite a bit on my subscription, so I’ve started looking into running a local coding setup instead. My PC has an RTX 5090 (32GB VRAM) and 32g of system RAM, so I figure I’ve got a decent amount of hardware to work with. I’m not necessarily looking for a basic coding assistant.
