There seems to be a ton of these managed agent platforms from all companies lately. Actual demand or solution in search of a problem?

There are so many managed AI agent platforms from OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Vercel, CrewAI, etc) out there in the market today. Basically what they do is that they have packaged all the necessary software stack (orchestration/agent framework, memory layer, tools, storage and observability, or some combinations) and put them on managed infra for users. Is anybody actually using them or is it another solution in search of a problem? If you are using one of these platforms, how has your experience been so far and why did you buy instead of build? Genuinely curious about this.
