SwarmOS turns GitHub Issues into contracts any coding agent can claim, plan and ship as a Draft PR, with Git as the coordinator and nothing else to run. I'm dogfooding it myself right now and it's getting pretty stable. I wanted to share it and see if others would be interested in it. If you have a repo that could benefit from an orchestration layer that lives/operates solely in GH without any middleware I'd love to chat.
