WorldCast: World-Consistent Character Video Generation with Large-Angle Camera Control

Precise camera control is essential for cinematic character video generation, yet existing methods struggle to follow large-angle trajectories with combined rotation, translation, and radius variation from arbitrary initial azimuths.
