If vibe-coded, does it have copyright? Who has it?

Dev models tend to choose the same tools, backends and front ends, all is eerie similar, Python, FastAPI, chroma DB, etc etc Then again, who owns the copyright of any given piece of software shipped with a model? For example: you vibe-code a highly successful suite of tools, that you sell - you end up in an IPO, can Anthropic say: “Hey we have a big share of that, our weights made your tool” I mean, for the moment 99% of vibecoding is discarded as slop instantly, what will happen if someone makes it big time?
