Vibe-coders, I beg you: when posting your app or tool on Github, please edit the README to remove Claude's fluff

TL;DR: looking up repos for scripts for my vr headset. claude wrote every readme, they're all super dense and hard to read compared to if a human wrote them. those repos aren't even made for ai models, they're instructions for humans, and yet they're full of info irrelevant for the end user. I was browsing Github earlier trying to find scripts and tools for my Steam Frame VR headset. 99% of what I found there was vibe-coded. and y'know what? That's fine.
